About The Position

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher to support students in a Washington school district during the 2026–2027 academic year. The educator will provide specialized instruction based on students’ abilities, educational needs, and IEP objectives, and help students make progress toward individual goals and develop greater independence.

The role includes adapting instructional materials, delivering targeted lessons, evaluating student progress, and using performance data to determine next steps. The teacher will communicate with families and collaborate with teachers and school-based professionals to coordinate student services.

Requirements

• Strong instructional planning, classroom management, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Special Education, Education, or a related discipline.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with students, families, and school personnel.
• Valid Washington State teaching certificate with the appropriate Special Education endorsement, or eligibility to obtain the required certification.
