Requirements

• Native or fluent Spanish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Excellent command of the English language to communicate within our diverse, multinational office.
• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming platforms and culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proven customer service experience is an asset, though we prioritize a candidate's aptitude for learning.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and empathetic support to players via chat, email, and ticketing systems within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot technical inquiries, account issues, and in-game transaction queries to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current game titles, mechanics, and community trends to better assist our Spanish-speaking player base.
• Escalate complex technical bugs and game-breaking issues to the development and engineering teams in accordance with internal protocols.
• Uphold the highest standards of service quality and response times as required for high-stakes Gaming & Esports environments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support documentation and FAQ resources for the Spanish-speaking community.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment while acting as a brand ambassador for our gaming partners.
