Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Passionate interest in the Gaming & Esports industry with familiarity in popular game titles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with the gaming community.
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic, international office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to Italian-speaking gamers via live chat, email, and social media channels.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, account security concerns, and in-game transaction inquiries with precision.
• Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, patches, and tournament events to assist the Esports community effectively.
• Foster positive interactions with the player base, upholding the brand identity of our premium gaming partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging trends or bugs within the gaming environment.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases to streamline support processes for the Italian-speaking market.
• Engage with the Gaming & Esports community to ensure an unparalleled experience for every user.
