Requirements

• Native or fluent Romanian (spoken and written) skills are mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
• A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports and familiarity with modern gaming platforms.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, on-site office environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in customer service or community management is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality support to gaming community members via live chat, email, and tickets in Romanian.
• Assist players with technical troubleshooting, account management, and in-game transaction inquiries.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends within Gaming & Esports to provide expert-level guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical bugs or community issues.
• Ensure all interactions reflect the premium brand voice of our Gaming & Esports client.
• Maintain a deep understanding of game mechanics, patches, and tournament events to assist the user base effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the support knowledge base through player feedback.
