Requirements

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Strong command of English for internal team communication.
• A genuine passion for Gaming & Esports, with an understanding of current industry trends.
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar support-oriented environment.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in a digital, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for Czech-speaking players, providing expert support for technical inquiries, billing issues, and gameplay mechanics.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering precise and empathetic resolutions within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Monitor community platforms and social channels to identify trends and report critical player feedback to the development teams.
• Collaborate with internal departments to troubleshoot complex bugs, ensuring the seamless operation of gaming titles.
• Champion the brand voice by providing professional and engaging communication across all support interactions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support protocols to enhance the overall player journey.
• Navigate multiple CRM and gaming databases to maintain accurate account information and history.
