About The Position

UChange Home Care is seeking dependable Spanish-Speaking Caregiver / Homemaker to provide in-home support. This is a part-time position offering consistent hours, supportive leadership, and meaningful work serving seniors and individuals with disabilities. Since 2009, UChange Home Care has served clients in their homes, and caregivers are crucial to their trusted service. The company provides reliable scheduling, clear communication, and a professional environment with caregiver support. Interviews are being scheduled this week for immediate openings.

Requirements

Spanish-speaking Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver candidates
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
Reliable smartphone for care documentation
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Professionalism, accountability, compassion, and reliability
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of caregiving or home care experience
CNA or HHA certification (training available for the right candidate)

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers
Offering companionship and emotional support
Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
Helping maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment
Using a mobile app to clock in and document care
Communicating clearly with clients, families, and our office team
Maintaining dependable attendance and professional conduct
