About The Position

Guidepost Montessori is hiring a Spanish-speaking Assistant Teacher for the Toddler room at its Plum Canyon school. The Assistant Guide supports a mixed-age Montessori classroom for children ages 0–3, helping create a calm, engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow at their own pace. The role includes preparing intentional learning spaces and supporting individualized and small-group activities with respect, patience, and care. The Assistant Guide helps children build confidence and independence while collaborating with Lead Guides and other team members and building warm relationships with children and families.

Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 0–3 in a school or childcare setting.
• A positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset.
• A genuine love for working with young children.
• Spanish-speaking ability.

Nice To Haves

• Interest in learning and growing within the Montessori approach.
• Prior Montessori experience is welcome but not required.
