About The Position

The Spa Supervisor helps oversee daily spa operations while exemplifying company standards and providing guests with a fun, friendly, and professional experience. The role supports associate training, development, and coaching; coordinates guest bookings and service provider rotations; and completes necessary administrative duties. The supervisor helps ensure service standards exceed guest expectations and addresses guest and associate concerns constructively and effectively.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a spa or salon.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training spa associates to be efficient, courteous, and professional when assisting guests in person and over the phone.
• Prepare associate schedules according to business forecasts, payroll budget guidelines, and productivity requirements.
• Assist with daily spa operations, including booking appointments, maintaining product inventory, cleanliness, and linen control.
• Train associates to upsell products and services and monitor their progress.
• Supervise bookings, service provider rotations, salon inventory, and associate development.
• Address guest and associate concerns constructively and effectively.
• Help ensure service standards exceed guest expectations.
