About The Position

Massage Heights is hiring a Spa Sales Specialist to help advance its purpose of elevating the lives of the people it touches. In a locally owned massage and skincare Retreat, the specialist supports guests’ wellness goals by delivering exceptional service, promoting massage and skin therapy, and educating guests about services and products. The role includes achieving monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales while building positive relationships with guests and team members. The position offers full- and part-time opportunities, with 6–8-hour shifts, days and evening shifts available, and one required weekend shift. Requirements

Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required.
Proficiency with basic computer software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive, energetic demeanor.
Strong critical-thinking skills, especially when resolving customer conflicts.
Passion for interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
