About The Position

Massage Heights is hiring a Spa Sales Specialist to help advance its purpose of elevating the lives of the people it touches. The role focuses on meeting sales targets while providing attentive service and educating guests about massage therapy, skin therapy, services, and products. Specialists build positive relationships with guests and teammates and contribute to a welcoming, collaborative environment. The position offers full- and part-time schedules with 6–8-hour shifts. Days and evening shifts are available, and one weekend shift is required. Requirements

Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services is required.
Exceptional guest service and communication abilities.
Proficiency with basic computer software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive, energetic demeanor.
Strong critical-thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
Passion for interacting with people and consistently delivering outstanding service.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.

Responsibilities

Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales.
Provide exceptional service by listening to, communicating with, and responding to guests’ needs.
Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy.
Educate guests confidently and effectively about services and products.
Use excellent phone etiquette, an upbeat tone, and strong articulation.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and guests.
