About The Position

The Spa Pool Attendant provides professional, engaging, and friendly service to guests at the spa. Reporting to the Spa Manager, the attendant welcomes guests, tours them through the spa facilities, and helps maintain a clean and well-stocked pool area, cabanas, and restrooms. The role also supports guest needs and assists the Spa Café Food & Beverage Team when needed. The position is permanent and part-time, with a pay rate of $26.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Good command of the English language.
• Service-focused personality and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to organize and prioritize based on guest needs to maintain team flow and efficiency.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
• Applicants must be able to provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide professional, engaging, and friendly service.
• Welcome guests warmly and sincerely and provide tours of the spa facilities.
• Oversee cleanliness and daily upkeep of the pool, pool area, cabanas, and restrooms.
• Ensure an adequate supply of towels is available.
• Monitor lounge chair assignments and availability, and change chair coverings between uses.
• Answer guest questions and assist as needed, including providing water and sunscreen and cleaning sunglasses.
• Support the Spa Café Food & Beverage Team as needed.
• Follow department policies, procedures, service standards, and health and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
