Part Time Pool Attendant
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable, customer-service-oriented Pool Attendant to help maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests at an HOA community. The Pool Attendant monitors pool areas and community amenities, ensures residents and guests follow established rules, and assists with maintaining the overall appearance and safety of the facilities. A golf cart will be provided to travel between clubhouses and designated community areas. This is a part-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, either 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. or 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Pay is up to $20, depending on experience. Applicants should live within 30 minutes of the Boynton Beach area.

Responsibilities
- Monitor pool areas to ensure residents and guests comply with pool rules, safety guidelines, and community regulations.
- Patrol the community using a provided golf cart, traveling between clubhouses and designated amenity areas.
- Monitor gym and fitness facilities to ensure community rules are being followed.
- Observe parking areas and report violations of community parking regulations.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and presentable pool and surrounding amenity areas.
- Ensure pool furniture, chairs, tables, and other amenities are properly arranged.
- Monitor pool conditions and report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or equipment issues to management.
- Provide courteous assistance to residents and guests and answer general questions regarding community amenities.
- Report rule violations, incidents, and concerns to management promptly.
- Follow established procedures for responding to safety concerns and emergencies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
