About The Position

The Spa Expeditor supports Spa Operations at Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui. The role manages spa inventory, processes orders and requisitions, receives and distributes supplies, and assists with financial tracking and monthly inventory reporting. This is a union position requiring complete open availability. Schedule and hours may vary from week to week, are based on seniority and business needs, and full-time hours are not guaranteed; hours may be minimal while seniority is established.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Track, count, and stock spa products and supplies to ensure daily operational readiness.
• Initiate purchase orders, enter requisitions into inventory systems, and ensure timely routing and approval.
• Pick up and receive incoming deliveries, verify their accuracy, and ensure proper storage.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with monthly inventory reports and related financial documentation.
