About The Position

Grand Wailea, a Waldorf Astoria Resort in Maui, is hiring a part-time Spa Concierge. The position is part of a local union and requires complete open availability; schedule restrictions cannot be accommodated. Full-time hours are not guaranteed, and hours and schedules may vary from week to week based on seniority and business needs. Hours may be minimal until seniority is established.

The Spa Concierge helps create memorable guest experiences by responding to guest needs, providing recommendations and arranging services, coordinating communications, supporting VIP guests, and promoting hotel services and programs.

Requirements

• Comfort with schedules and hours that may vary from week to week.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Provide information and make arrangements for dining, transportation, events, tours, and local attractions.
• Arrange medical care, childcare, floral delivery, and other personalized guest services.
• Receive and deliver guest messages, mail, packages, and faxes.
• Facilitate seamless registration and elevated service for high-priority guests.
• Share marketing materials and encourage guests to use hotel services and programs.
