Spa Coordinator
About The Position
The Woodhouse Day Spa is hiring full-time and part-time Spa Coordinators to support its Montclair and Hoboken locations. Team members may be scheduled at either location based on business needs, but work at only one location per shift and are not required to travel between locations during the same workday. The schedule requires availability to work at least one weekend day. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered to full-time coordinators working 36 or more hours per week. Spa Coordinators orchestrate the spa schedule, support smooth guest flow, and provide exceptional guest service, including recommending retail products and gift cards. They help maintain a positive, consistent guest experience; support the General Manager and leadership team; and keep the front desk clean, professional, and organized. The role requires comfort traveling between the Montclair and Hoboken locations as needed. Compensation is $16.00–$18.00 per hour. Requirements
- Meevo experience is required or highly preferred.
- Ability to travel between the Montclair and Hoboken locations.
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills.
- Availability to work at least one weekend day.

- Previous spa, salon, hospitality, or front desk experience is preferred.
