About The Position
Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join its front desk team. The Spa Coordinator is the first point of contact for guests and contributes to the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily operation of the spa. The role is suited to someone who is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and interested in building a career in luxury hospitality. Success includes averaging $25 per hour in retail sales, achieving a rebooking rate of at least 30%, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores, and meeting monthly upsell and service recommendation goals. Compensation is $18.00–$20.00 per hour, plus monthly performance bonuses and retail commissions. The role offers ongoing training, a supportive team culture, and potential growth into Key Holder and management roles.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of front desk, guest services, hospitality, or retail experience.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests and handle guest check-in and check-out.
- Recommend services, upgrades, and retail products tailored to guests’ needs.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming front desk environment.
- Manage the appointment book to maximize bookings.
- Support the team with scheduling, phone calls, and guest inquiries.
