About The Position

The Spa Coordinator supports the seamless operation of the spa facility in Jackson, Wyoming, and helps provide guests with an exceptional experience. The role manages daily scheduling and service coordination and serves as a primary point of contact for guests and spa staff. The coordinator oversees bookings, maintains accurate records, and facilitates communication among therapists, management, and clients to support effective service delivery. By fostering a welcoming, professional environment, the role contributes to guest satisfaction, the spa’s reputation, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality; spa or wellness experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Certification or training in spa management or hospitality.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management.
• Knowledge of wellness and spa treatments and products.
• Ability to speak a second language relevant to the local guest demographic.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily appointment scheduling and allocate spa therapists and resources effectively.
• Greet and assist guests, providing information about spa services, packages, and promotions.
• Coordinate communication between spa staff and management to address operational needs and guest requests.
• Maintain accurate client records, including preferences, service history, and payment information.
• Track product usage and coordinate supply orders to support inventory management.
• Help promote spa services and special offers to guests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in the spa.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally.
