About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking, driven Spa Attendant who brings enthusiasm to the role and a passion for service excellence. The Spa Attendant helps create exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the Spa Locker Room and public areas, responding professionally to guest and team needs, and supporting the Spa team as operational needs arise. The role requires attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements

At least 1 year of spa housekeeping experience.
Passion for organization and cleanliness.
Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand and move around for the entire shift.
Ability to lift or pull up to 30 lbs.
US work authorization is required unless the candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Responsibilities

Bring a genuine, welcoming personality to enhance guest experiences in Spa Operations.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Spa Locker Room and all Spa public areas.
Respond to guest and team needs with professionalism, hospitality, and strong problem-solving skills.
Accommodate special requests whenever possible while ensuring exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Demonstrate attention to detail, recognizing that every element contributes to a memorable spa experience.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
Support the entire Spa team, including Spa Reception and Therapists, as operational needs arise.
