About The Position

A Spa Attendant creates a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for guests while supporting the spa’s daily operations. The role maintains the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa facilities, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, relaxation areas, and guest amenities. The Spa Attendant contributes to an exceptional guest experience through professional, courteous service and by anticipating guest needs. This position consists of part-time hours.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service in a professional and friendly manner.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor spa environments as required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hospitality, spa, resort, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa treatment rooms, locker rooms, lounges, restrooms, and common areas.
• Replenish towels, linens, robes, toiletries, refreshments, and other guest amenities throughout the day.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with spa orientation, facility information, and directions as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after services, ensuring supplies and equipment are properly stocked and sanitized.
• Monitor spa facilities to ensure a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for guests.
• Assist spa therapists, service providers, and the leadership team with operational support as needed.
• Follow sanitation, safety, and health standards in accordance with company policies and local regulations.
• Promptly report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management.
• Support opening and closing duties, including laundry, inventory organization, and facility readiness.
