About The Position
As a Spa Attendant at Mandalay Bay, you will help create a serene and luxurious environment for guests through a warm welcome, attention to detail, and a commitment to cleanliness. You will work closely with the team to provide a smooth, relaxing, and memorable guest experience. The starting rate is $14.00.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Nice To Haves
- Prior relevant guest-service experience is preferred.
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain spa facilities and locker areas, keeping them stocked, tidy, and sanitary.
- Assist guests with booking spa services using spa software.
- Direct guests to their appointments and assist them with using the sauna, steam room, whirlpools, and other spa amenities.
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.
