About The Position

Photogenic, the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, partners with retail locations, tourist attractions, and destinations across North America to provide souvenir photography experiences. The Souvenir Photographer Sales Associate at Charleston Harbor Cruises (LSQ Harbor, Carolina Belle) provides guest service and creates memorable photo experiences for cruise guests. Photography experience is not required; training is provided. Evening availability and comfort working on boats are required. The role involves working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions, including during peak retail periods such as evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

At least 16 years of age.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to work as a team member and independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Availability to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to process sales transactions and comfort handling cash.
Comfort working in an outdoor environment in natural weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
Evening availability and comfort working on boats.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs.
Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience.
Participate as a team member to help photo operations run smoothly and effectively.
Engage in a friendly manner with guests, staff, and coworkers.
Operate the POS system and photography equipment.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Complete other tasks as assigned.
