About The Position

Sea Bags is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate for its Charleston, South Carolina store. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, telling customers about the Sea Bags brand and its products, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, customer-focused, passionate about sustainability, and comfortable working in a small store environment. The position is performed in person.

Requirements

Customer-focused mindset and a passion for engaging with people.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn and articulate company history and product details.
Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to support as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.
