About The Position

Sea Bags is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its Charleston, South Carolina store. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, sharing the company’s story and products, and supporting daily store operations. The position is in person and suits someone who enjoys connecting with locals and visitors, values sustainability, and works well in a small-store environment.

Requirements

Customer-focused mindset and passion for engaging with people.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to learn and explain the company’s history and product details.
Comfort using a point-of-sale system and iPad.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Team-oriented, can-do attitude and willingness to support as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including occasional longer shifts based on business needs.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
