About The Position

Photogenic, the Souvenir Division of Cherry Hill Programs, creates souvenir photography experiences in partnership with retail locations, tourist attractions, and destinations across North America. The company is hiring 10 Sales Associates at the Virginia Aquarium for its Trail of Lights event, running November 27 through December 23, with shifts from 5 PM to 10 PM.

Sales Associates provide guest service and create memorable photo experiences by taking photos and offering souvenirs. They help photo operations run smoothly, interact in a friendly manner with guests and coworkers, operate point-of-sale systems and photography equipment, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Photography experience is not required.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfort with cash handling.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with souvenirs.
