About The Position

We’re looking for an experienced sous chef to lead the kitchen and bring bold, creative Asian fusion dishes to life. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fusion cuisine, can balance flavors across Asian cooking traditions, and has experience running service, managing prep, and supervising line cooks. Strong leadership, organization, and a passion for quality are essential.

Hiring begins with a paid, all-day audition in the SOMA area of San Francisco. Audition participants earn $35 per hour for the day. Candidates who pass may move on to the full sous chef role at a higher pay rate.
