About The Position

The employer is seeking an experienced sous chef to lead the kitchen and create bold, creative Asian fusion dishes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fusion cuisine, can balance flavors across Asian cooking traditions, and has experience running service, managing prep, and supervising line cooks. The role is located in the SOMA Area. Hiring begins with a paid, all-day audition at $35 per hour. Candidates who pass may move on to the sous chef role, with pay of $35 to $50 per hour depending on experience and room to grow.
