About The Position

As a Solutions Engineer, you will support Mid-Enterprise customers and report to the Solutions Engineering Manager. You will partner directly with regional account executives to help customers rethink how they approach cloud security. You will serve as a trusted advisor on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP, helping customers achieve maximum value from Wiz’s solution. The role involves technical sales support, customer presentations and demonstrations, and helping customers evaluate the platform in their environments.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of pre-sales experience.
• Must be based in the PST time zone.
• Ability to deliver world-class demonstrations and training experiences to potential customers.
• Confidence in a high-velocity technical sale.
• Familiarity with one or more cloud technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity architecture and tooling.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to continuously learn.
• Critical, customer-first thinking.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce.
• Applicants must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based without visa sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• SaaS experience.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Mid-Enterprise sales team to provide technical leadership to customers and prospective customers while helping the team meet quarterly sales targets.
• Present to customers and prospective customers through whiteboards, product demonstrations, slides, and proof-of-value outcomes.
• Help customers and prospective customers build test plans to demonstrate the value of the Wiz platform in their environments.
• Learn new technology to articulate the value of Wiz to potential customers.
• Learn new product features and industry developments, and broaden overall technical skills.
