About The Position

Nirvana is building the trust layer for healthcare, helping healthcare organizations understand insurance coverage, benefits, and patient costs. The Solutions Engineer will join the Orion team, which works across Sales, Product, and Engineering. This role partners directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows and problems, build pilots and automations with Nirvana APIs, and identify ways to improve products. Successful experiments may be developed into scalable product capabilities. The position is aimed at someone with 2 to 4 years of experience who enjoys problem-solving and building things; prior Solutions Engineer experience is not required. The successful candidate will ramp up alongside a senior team member. The role offers early responsibility and exposure to customer-facing work, technology, product development, and business operations. The position is hybrid, with three days a week in a dog-friendly office. Nirvana is unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.
