ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a technical bridge-builder who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer success. You have a passion for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and enjoy diving into code to solve real-world problems. You're energized by helping customers implement solutions that drive measurable business value.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role, product management, or customer-facing position
• Fundamental knowledge of API concepts and web technologies
• Detail-oriented and able to document requirements effectively
• Natural problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions to complex challenges
• Adaptable and can navigate ambiguity with confidence
• Highly collaborative and enjoy working with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success
• Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript
• Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/KYB processes, or financial compliance
• Experience with fintech or financial institutions
• Experience leading technical discovery calls, product demos, or implementation workshops

Responsibilities

• Help understand customer requirements and design appropriate implementation strategies for Baselayer's identity verification solutions
• Guide customers through API integrations and ensure successful deployment of Baselayer products
• Create technical documentation and implementation plans that address specific customer needs
• Deliver technical demonstrations that showcase Baselayer's capabilities
• Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams
• Develop implementation guides and solution architectures for various customer scenarios
• Educate customers on Baselayer's products and APIs
• Collect and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in the identity verification space
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to ensure customer success
