Solutions Engineer

Momentic•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Momentic is building an AI-native testing platform that helps engineering teams verify their software and catch bugs before release. The Solutions Engineer joins the go-to-market team, reports to the Head of GTM, and supports customers across pre-sales and post-sales. This customer-minded engineer will help customers evaluate, implement, and adopt Momentic by combining hands-on technical work with clear communication and reliable follow-through. The role involves leading technical discovery and product demonstrations, owning technical proofs of concept with Account Executives, and running customer onboarding and implementations from initial test coverage through CI/CD integration. The Solutions Engineer serves as a trusted technical advisor, owns the technical customer relationship through evaluation, implementation, and ongoing adoption, and partners with engineering when deeper investigation is needed. The role also brings customer feedback and implementation lessons to product and engineering, while helping establish and improve Momentic’s solutions engineering practice, including demos, onboarding, implementation, troubleshooting, tools, and automations.
