About The Position

JLL is reimagining how integrated facilities management services are scoped and priced for a major semiconductor client, moving from estimate-based models to evidence-based solutions built on field data. The Solutions Development Analyst conducts time-per-task analyses and time-and-motion studies at semiconductor manufacturing sites, research and development locations, and sales and marketing facilities. The role documents what work is performed, how frequently and how long it takes, and what resources it requires. Findings inform headcount profiles, detailed scopes of work, and pricing decisions, providing evidence for leadership, procurement, finance, and the solution development team. The role is performed on-site in clean rooms and other controlled environments, requiring compliance with site protocols and travel to client locations across the United States. The analyst reports to Site Operations and coordinates study plans, site access, visit logistics, and schedules with client contacts. Candidates must complete applicable client and JLL training, background checks, and other access requirements. The position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The listed location is on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
