About The Position

JLL is reimagining how integrated facilities management (IFM) services are scoped and priced for a major semiconductor client, moving from estimate-based models to evidence-based solutions built on real field data. The Solutions Development Analyst conducts time-per-task analyses and time-and-motion studies at semiconductor manufacturing sites, research and development locations, and sales and marketing facilities. The role documents what work is performed, how often it is performed, how long it takes, and what resources it requires. Findings inform headcount profiles, detailed scopes of work, and pricing decisions, serving as an evidence source for leadership, procurement, finance, and the solution development team. The position involves on-site work in clean rooms and other controlled environments, compliance with site protocols, and travel to client locations across the United States. The analyst reports to Site Operations and coordinates study plans, findings, access needs, logistics, and schedules with client contacts and internal teams. This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The role is on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
