About The Position

JLL is reimagining how integrated facilities management (IFM) services are scoped and priced for a major semiconductor client, moving from estimate-based models to evidence-based solutions built on field data. The Solutions Development Analyst conducts time-per-task analysis and time-and-motion studies at semiconductor manufacturing sites, research and development locations, and sales and marketing facilities. The work documents what tasks are performed, how often they occur, how long they take, and what resources they require. Findings inform headcount profiles, detailed scopes of work, and pricing decisions, and provide evidence for leadership, procurement, finance, and the solution development team. The role involves working on-site in clean rooms and other controlled environments, following site protocols, and traveling to client locations across the United States. The analyst coordinates study plans and access with client contacts, validates findings with stakeholders and operations teams, and turns field observations into clear, defensible inputs for scoping and pricing. The position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
