About The Position

JLL is reimagining how integrated facilities management (IFM) services are scoped and priced for a major semiconductor client, moving from estimate-based models to evidence-based solutions built on real field data. The Solutions Development Analyst conducts time-per-task analysis and time-and-motion studies across semiconductor manufacturing sites, research and development locations, and sales and marketing facilities. The analyst documents what work is performed, how often, how long it takes, and the resources required. Findings inform headcount profiles, detailed scopes of work, and pricing decisions, providing evidence for leadership, procurement, finance, and the solution development team. The role is performed on-site in clean rooms and other controlled environments, following strict site protocols. It requires travel to client locations across the United States. The position is located on-site in Chandler, Arizona, and requires completing applicable client and JLL training, background checks, and access requirements before fieldwork. This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
