Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Hungarian-speaking clients, ensuring prompt and accurate service delivery.
• Resolve complex inquiries through various support channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing tailored solutions that meet specific user needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or process-related issues efficiently.
• Analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in service delivery protocols within the customer support services department.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs to qualify for monthly performance bonuses.
• Document all interactions accurately within the CRM database, maintaining professional standards at all times.
