About The Position

Upstart’s Solutions Consulting team develops detailed knowledge of its products and associated economics, then turns that knowledge into solutions and partnership models for prospective lending partners. The Solutions Consultant drives lending-partner adoption of the Upstart platform by owning deal-related analyses for new and existing partnerships across Upstart products. The role evaluates deal economics, performance tradeoffs, risk/return profiles, and product configurations, and translates analytical findings into clear recommendations for deal structuring, pricing, and strategic decisions. It partners with Capital Markets, Sales, Product, and Finance, and communicates complex analyses clearly to external stakeholders. This position is remote in the United States. Upstart is digital-first, with most work performed remotely and regular team onsites for in-person collaboration; cadence varies by team and role, with most teams meeting once or twice per quarter for two to four consecutive days.
