MaintainX (An Autodesk Company)•Miami, FL
•$100,000 - $175,000

About The Position

MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, provides a mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. The Solutions Architect, Integrations is the first dedicated role focused on integrations and works at the intersection of Sales and the post-sales Integrations team. The role ensures customer integration commitments are technically sound before contracts are signed and turns integration requirements into clear, scoped plans that implementation teams can execute. The position partners with Account Executives during pre-sales, leads technical discovery, documents integration scope and architecture, and assesses feasibility, complexity, and effort. It also develops reusable integration patterns and assets, supports demos and proof-of-concept integrations, and works with post-sales, Product, Engineering, Legal, and other stakeholders to improve scoping and support customer needs.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, Technical Consulting, or similar role.
  • Deep familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
  • Extensive hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture, working across engineering teams and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier, or similar.
  • Familiarity with SaaS delivery models, including onboarding, post-sale deployment, and customer success workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP or EAM systems, including SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, or Infor.
  • Proven ability to scope technical work and translate it into effort estimates.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales cycles to uncover technical and operational pain points related to asset management and maintenance support.
  • Lead technical discovery conversations with prospects to understand the ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other enterprise systems that need to connect to MaintainX.
  • Produce integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and effort estimates as handoff artifacts for the post-sales team.
  • Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns, pre-built assets, and reference architectures.
  • Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal reviews and pricing conversations, and proactively flag risks to Sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with the post-sales Integrations team to refine scoping templates based on delivery outcomes and communicate upcoming pipeline.
  • Deliver live demos and proof-of-concept integrations to prospects when required.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and other stakeholders to advocate for prospect needs, accelerate deal velocity, and refine value messaging.

Benefits

  • Compensation may include commission, an annual bonus, and equity, depending on the role.
  • Benefits are available, with plans varying by country; U.S. benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com, and benefits in Canada and other countries differ for health coverage, retirement, and leave.
