About The Position

This entry-level role within Delivery Excellence & PMO combines business analysis, digital enablement, and project management support. The associate supports the design, configuration, and optimization of tools, dashboards, and workflows for consistent and efficient execution across 4SiGHT consulting engagements. The role partners with project managers, practice leaders, and executive stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve governance, reporting, and operational efficiency.

The position requires nominal travel, including occasional trips to client sites for design sessions, testing events, go-live, and production startup. When not traveling to a client site, the position may be performed remotely from home. Relocation is not required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Operations Management, Business Technology, Informatics, or a related field; recent graduates and graduating seniors are encouraged to apply.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, logical functions, pivot tables, data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Familiarity with business systems, databases, and digital collaboration technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking skills, including the ability to turn manual processes into streamlined, repeatable workflows.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating professional documentation and explaining ideas clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for nominal travel to client sites as project needs require.

Nice To Haves

• Internship, academic project, or hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, or Asana.
• Exposure to project management methodologies such as Critical Chain, Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
• Experience developing dashboards, automated workflows, reporting tools, or process documentation.
• Interest in consulting, business transformation, supply chain operations, or digital enablement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project management tools and assets, including project plans, RAID logs, deliverable logs, resource management tools, executive status reports, and portfolio dashboards.
• Configure and support collaborative work management and reporting platforms, including Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Planner, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Create automated workflows, notifications, data collection forms, and reporting solutions to reduce administrative effort and improve delivery consistency.
• Gather requirements from project managers, consultants, and business leaders and translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Support testing, validation, deployment, and adoption of new tools and enhancements.
• Collect and consolidate project, program, and portfolio performance metrics for reporting and analysis.
• Build dashboards that provide timely visibility into delivery performance and support leadership decision-making.
• Develop user guides, training materials, release notes, and process documentation.
• Support onboarding and training for project teams while promoting PMO standards, governance requirements, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize delivery processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement of 4SiGHT’s Smart PMO ecosystem and Delivery Excellence framework.
