About The Position

The AI Solutions Enablement Advisor serves as a trusted subject matter expert for artificial intelligence technologies across the organization. The role partners with business and technology teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, decision-making, automation, knowledge management, customer experience, and operational efficiency, and helps stakeholders select and apply appropriate AI capabilities. The Advisor evaluates AI solutions for functional fit and operational sustainability, including licensing, consumption-based costs, infrastructure requirements, support models, and long-term ownership. The role maintains expertise in Microsoft AI technologies such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Power Platform, while staying aware of emerging AI platforms and private or on-premises deployment options. The position focuses on AI enablement, consultation, governance, and adoption rather than custom AI development. It requires enough understanding of AI technologies, model capabilities, prompt design, agent-based solutions, retrieval approaches, and platform considerations to guide implementation and decision-making. Configuration, experimentation, evaluation, and model tuning may be performed when appropriate, but developing proprietary AI models, conducting machine-learning research, and serving as a dedicated software engineering resource are not responsibilities of the role. The Advisor bridges business users, IT, Security, Data Governance, Enterprise Applications, and engineering teams to promote responsible AI adoption, establish best practices, improve AI literacy, and help the organization realize value from AI investments while meeting security, compliance, and governance requirements. Where applicable, the position ensures departmental processes comply with applicable Sarbanes-Oxley controls.
