About The Position

The AI Solutions Delivery Associate helps turn business needs into practical, AI-enabled solutions while building hands-on delivery skills. With close guidance and detailed instructions, the associate configures approved AI capabilities, departmental automations, digital intake experiences, and productivity tools using reusable patterns and standard low-code/no-code platform components. The role involves translating well-defined requirements into reliable solutions, testing work, documenting operations, and supporting colleagues who use the solutions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience through employment, internships, academic work, training programs, volunteer work, or personal projects in business systems, workflow automation, application development, data, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, computer science, data, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of structured data concepts, including tables, fields, keys, relationships, validation, and basic data quality.
• Experience using, configuring, or learning visual development, automation, productivity, or AI-assisted tools.
• Ability to break a defined problem into clear steps, follow procedures, test outcomes, and communicate when requirements or results are unclear.
• Curiosity about using generative AI and task-specific agents to improve business processes, with sound judgment about when human review is needed.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate in a structured team environment.
• Ability to learn new technologies, incorporate feedback, and manage assigned work with attention to quality and detail.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms, workflow automation tools, relational databases, APIs, or enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience creating prompts, reusable instructions, automations, applications, or prototypes using generative AI.
• Exposure to Agile delivery, user acceptance testing, process mapping, source control, or technical documentation.
• Coursework, training, or an entry-level credential related to application development, automation, data, cloud platforms, or responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Use generative AI and approved agent capabilities to streamline defined business activities, such as summarizing content, classifying information, preparing drafts, and guiding users through standard processes.
• Configure basic applications, intake forms, approvals, notifications, and linear workflows using visual development tools and reusable components.
• Apply approved templates, data schemas, prompts, skills, connectors, and solution patterns instead of rebuilding existing capabilities.
• Work with business analysts, process owners, and experienced delivery specialists to clarify requirements and configure solutions.
• Create and validate tables, fields, relationships, business rules, and data-quality checks for defined use cases.
• Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing using established scenarios; document defects and resolve issues within assigned scope.
• Prepare solution documentation, including process flows, configuration decisions, test evidence, operating instructions, and known limitations.
• Help users adopt delivered solutions, answer routine questions, and escalate platform, security, data, or design concerns to the appropriate technical partner.
• Build knowledge of responsible AI, privacy, security, accessibility, and platform standards, and apply them throughout delivery.
