About The Position

Reynolds Consumer Products is hiring an AI Solutions Analyst at its Corporate Headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois. This hybrid role is onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. The analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver technology solutions focused on generative AI and process automation. The position bridges business needs with modern AI capabilities, using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and large language models to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable value.

The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and deliver scalable solutions; developing AI prompts and workflows; monitoring AI outputs for quality, bias, and accuracy; improving business processes; supporting change management and user adoption; and measuring the impact of deployed solutions. The analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise AI productivity tools, provide training, and develop practical resources to encourage adoption.

The position offers a stated annual salary range of USD $85,600 to USD $120,900 and a 5% bonus. Local candidates only; relocation assistance is not available.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or a related IT role.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and prompt engineering, such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, or Databricks.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in consumer packaged goods or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC/S4 ERP or Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Exposure to automation tools such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or AWS Step Functions.
• Certifications in business analysis, AI or machine learning fundamentals, or related areas.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, or data pipeline concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations to identify automation and AI opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops to identify pain points, define use cases, and align on solution direction.
• Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design AI-driven and automation-enabled solutions, including workflows, integrations, and system interactions.
• Partner with IT and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, enterprise-aligned solutions.
• Develop and refine prompts and workflows for Microsoft Copilot, AWS Bedrock, Databricks, and other AI tools.
• Monitor AI outputs for quality, bias, and accuracy, and help implement guardrails and best practices.
• Stay current with AI and automation trends to continuously improve solutions.
• Analyze current processes, design future-state workflows, and identify efficiency gains.
• Support change management, including training, communications, and adoption tracking.
• Create standard operating procedures, runbooks, and knowledge base content.
• Support User Acceptance Testing to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Build dashboards and reports to track performance, usage, and business impact.
• Measure return on investment and continuously optimize deployed solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop prompt libraries, workflow guides, and other practical resources to drive adoption.
