Solution Engineer

About The Position

LiveX AI is hiring a full-time Solution Engineer for its core deployment team. The company builds physical AI agents—embodied systems that combine large language models, multimodal AI, and purpose-built hardware to interact with people in real-world environments. The role takes these systems from the lab to venues such as airports, stadiums, conference centers, and retail spaces, with end-to-end ownership of deployments. The Solution Engineer builds, tests, and deploys AI-powered hardware systems; sets up and troubleshoots screens, sensors, networking gear, and edge compute devices; and writes production software using technologies such as Python, TypeScript, and APIs. The role also involves leading or supporting deployments at major events and locations, presenting demonstrations to customers and partners, explaining the technology to varied audiences, and sharing field observations with engineering and product teams to inform product development. The position suits someone who can combine software work, hands-on hardware troubleshooting, customer communication, and live-event deployment in a fast-moving startup environment. LiveX AI highlights direct work with founders and senior engineers, opportunities to take on increased ownership, and competitive salary, equity, and benefits.
