About The Position

Colgate-Palmolive is hiring a Solution Architect for the Professional Engagement group within its Global Information Technology Organization. The role focuses on designing, building, and deploying a global digital professional ecosystem, bridging business strategy with hands-on technical execution. The architect will serve as a technical embedded lead, defining architectural blueprints, writing production integrations, and working with Global Digital Marketing, local markets, and cross-category IT teams. The role involves both executive-level architecture discussions and practical development, troubleshooting, and deployment work alongside commercial teams. The position covers architecture for identity, learning management systems (LMS), marketing platforms, and customer service tools across brands and markets. It translates commercial strategies into technical specifications and governs dependencies and emerging technologies to support stable, scalable, multi-market solutions. The architect also embeds with regional business units to gather operational requirements, create prototypes and proofs of concept, and engineer integrations among core platforms and enterprise systems. Hands-on work includes production code, integration testing, debugging, and CI/CD deployments during regional product launches. The role is based in Piscataway, New Jersey. The posting identifies the position as hybrid and states that relocation assistance is not offered.
