About The Position

CTG is seeking a Solution Architect I to support enterprise technology initiatives with a focus on Solution Architecture and Generative AI (GenAI). This role will collaborate with Enterprise Architects, engineering teams, data teams, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards. This is a remote, 6-month contract position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with Solution Architecture, software engineering, and application design principles.
  • Experience with multiple programming languages and modern software development practices.
  • Experience designing and integrating applications using architecture patterns and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI concepts, AI solution design, and enterprise AI integration approaches.
  • Ability to research, evaluate, and apply modern technology trends.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and support solution architectures for strategic technology initiatives, including Generative AI-enabled applications and workflows.
  • Translate enterprise AI architecture strategies into actionable technical designs and implementation guidance.
  • Provide architectural guidance for integrating LLMs and GenAI services into enterprise applications using APIs, event-driven patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Support secure data exchange, prompt/response patterns, AI governance, compliance requirements, and enterprise guardrails.
  • Partner with engineering teams throughout the SDLC, from architecture design through implementation and production support.
  • Collaborate with Agile teams on solution design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve scalability, efficiency, and business value.
  • Assist with architecture governance, standards development, and solution quality reviews.
  • Analyze technical challenges, evaluate solution options, and communicate tradeoffs to stakeholders.
  • Support risk management activities by identifying and escalating architecture, security, and compliance concerns.
