About The Position

The Soil Sorter works at a commercial laundry that cleans and returns linens for hospitals. The linens processed are used by hospitals, and accurate, dependable work supports nurses and surgical teams. Openings are available in sorting, folding, washing, and cleaning, with training provided. No prior experience, diploma, or resume is necessary; the employer hires for attitude and potential.

This is manufacturing-floor work in a building that is not climate controlled, with hot summers and cold winters. Employees are on their feet throughout the shift and regularly bend, lift, and push carts. The listed schedule is a rotating schedule across Monday through Sunday, with a five-day workweek from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM. The job is based in Brownstown and is full-time, with 40+ hours listed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sort, fold, wash, or clean hospital linens as assigned.
