Soil Sorter - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Healthcare Linen Services Group is a commercial laundry that processes linen for hospitals. The Soil Sorter helps sort linen for cleaning and return to healthcare facilities, where it is used by nurses and surgical teams. No experience, diploma, or resume is necessary; the company provides training. This is a full-time position in Batavia, New York, paying $18.55 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 30–40-hour workweek. Overtime is available for employees who want additional hours. The work takes place on a manufacturing floor that is not climate controlled. Employees are on their feet throughout the shift and regularly bend, lift, and push carts.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Sort soiled hospital linen for processing and cleaning.
- Handle linen and push carts as part of the work on the manufacturing floor.
