About The Position

NOVO Health Services is hiring full-time Soil Sorters at its healthcare linen facility in DuBois, Pennsylvania. The Soil Sort Team Member sorts soiled linen by hand on a fast-moving conveyor belt in an active production environment. The work is physically demanding and involves standing for long periods, lifting and tossing linen, repetitive motion, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

The schedule is four days per week, with 10-hour shifts. First- and second-shift options are available. No experience is required, and training is provided.

Requirements

• No experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions.
• Ability to work in a production environment with soiled linen.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linen on a fast-moving conveyor belt.
• Lift and toss linen while working in an active production environment.
• Wear required PPE and follow the physical requirements of the role.
