About The Position

NOVO Health Services is hiring full-time Soil Sorters for its healthcare linen facility in DuBois, Pennsylvania. The Soil Sort Team Member sorts soiled linen by hand on a fast-moving conveyor belt in an active production environment. The work is physically demanding and involves standing for long periods, lifting and tossing linen, repetitive motions, and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

The schedule is four days per week, with 10-hour shifts. First- and second-shift schedules are available. No experience is required, and training is provided. The company offers transportation to and from work through a company van program serving areas from DuBois to Punxsutawney, with multiple stops along the route.

Requirements

• No experience required; training provided.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Reliable attendance.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for the full shift.
• Ability to perform frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions.
• Ability to work in a production environment with soiled linen.

Responsibilities
