About The Position
Healthcare Linen Services Group operates a commercial laundry that cleans and returns linen used by hospitals. The Soil Sorter processes incoming linen as part of a team supporting hospital nurses and surgical teams. The company has openings across sorting, folding, washing, and cleaning, and provides training. No prior experience, diploma, or resume is necessary; hiring focuses on attitude and potential. This is manufacturing-floor work in a building that is not climate controlled. Employees are on their feet throughout the shift and perform steady bending, lifting, and pushing carts. The workweek is 30–40 hours, with overtime available for employees who want additional hours. The listed schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Pay is $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Benefits begin on the first of the month after 60 days. The company promotes from the floor, and notes that many leads began on the line.
