Requirements

3+ years of engineering experience.
Strong product-eng instincts.
Generalist comfortable jumping across mobile (React Native), web, and backend (Python/Flask).
Willingness to learn whatever the product needs next.
Shipped AI-powered features in production (LLMs, agents, retrieval-augmented systems, evals).
Experience shipping real products end-to-end, from idea to iteration based on user feedback.
Fluent in English.
Legally eligible to work in France, Belgium, or Spain.

Nice To Haves

French language proficiency.
Existing care about longevity, prevention, or healthspan.
Experience tracking personal biomarkers or tinkering with personal health protocols.

Responsibilities

Work across the entire product surface as a full-stack generalist.
Build the AI layer that answers member health questions using multi-source data.
Develop loops to continuously improve the AI's accuracy over time.
Build data pipelines and integrations with lab partners and wearable APIs.
Develop document understanding capabilities and the core data model for member health.
Ship the React Native app to create a mobile-first experience for members.
Shape the daily plan, retests, progress tracking, and moments of insight for members.
Build the connective tissue to integrate with Alan's ecosystem (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop).
Develop systems for international expansion, including lab partner integrations, languages, and localized pricing.
Ship features that measurably change how members understand their bodies, sleep, eat, and their overall healthy years.
Own features end-to-end: design, code, rollout, and iteration.
Use AI across the development cycle (designing, coding, reviewing, debugging) to compound output.
Ensure the code quality remains high regardless of whether it was typed or generated by AI.
